Day breathing exercises

Remember that there will always be genetic freaks that de facto increase of anything. However, I think that you my advice will come in handy when you are one of those bastards. I hope some of the techniques described you as helped me.

If you exercise four times a week, it would look like this:

1st Day Breathing exercise as part of a thorough warm-up exercises anti extension

Day 2 Breathing exercise as part of a thorough warm-up exercises anti lateral flexion

Day 3 Breathing exercise as part of a thorough warm-up exercises anti rotation

Day 4 Breathing exercise as part of a thorough warm-up exercises anti extension

Note: In the first session next week you will have practice for anti lateral flexion, and then modify it as needed.

The reasoning at the end

Too many people training unnecessarily complicated, especially after the training center of the body.
