Eating Every 2 – 3 hours
Eating every 2 – 3 hours helps control your blood sugar levels, provides your body and muscle with a steady supply of nutrients, and how it helps you lose weight.

Eat Lean Protein at Every Meal
Your body can't store protein like it stores carbohydrates. Eating protein at every meal provides your muscles with a constant flow of nutrients and minerals to grow. Not to mention it takes more energy to burn the calories and keeps you fuller longer.

Whole foods
Throw out all those packages food items which contain nasty artificial chemicals and ingredients that interfere with your fat loss. Choose whole foods, as these impact your hormones and health in a positive way, leaving you feeling, and looking, like a brand new person.

Eliminate Sugar
Sugar is the enemy. If you want to lose weight and live a healthier life, you need to eliminate all sugar. Not just the sugar you add to your coffee or find in your lunch time candy bar, but also all the hidden sugars found in things such as salad dressings and protein bars. Look at the ingredient list on everything you buy, and if you see High Fructose Corn Syrup, then don't buy it!

Eliminate bad fats
Get off all the bad fats like trans fats, or "partially hydrogenated oils" that you find in a lot of packaged foods. Instead take a fish oil or Omega 3 supplement to get a daily dose of good fats.

Eliminate excess and hidden salt (sodium)
It is recommend that you consume on 2400mg of sodium per day? You'll be surprised how much this little critter is hidden in some of your favorite unsuspecting and "healthy" foods.

Lift Weights
If you want to change your body composition by building some muscle and burning some fat, you need to lift some weights, not just do cardio. Muscle burns more calories than fat, and increases your metabolism for longer periods than just a cardio workout.

Beverages
Did water every day, and remove other liquid calories from your diet such as blended coffee drinks and sugary sports drinks, which are hidden sources of calories and which are more likely to be stored as fat as opposed to whole foods. This includes alcohol...sigh.

Sleep
Not sleeping 8 hours a night? That could be the reason you are finding it hard to shed those pounds. Sleep reduced the stress hormone cortisol, which is known to promote weight gain, and sleep gives your muscles time to repair and grow.

Organic Food
Where possible, buy organic fruits and vegetables. They contain few chemicals and pesticides that have been reported to cause a wide range of health issues.

Throw Out Your Fat Burners
Don't waste your time and hard earned money with expensive fat burners that do not work. Instead make sure you have a good workout program and are buying whole foods.
